Product Description

High Pressure Laminate(HPL),also known as decorative laminate or fireproof board,is a decorative material made from decorative paper and multiple layers of kraft paper impregnated with thermosetting resins(melamine resin for surface layers,phenolic resin for core layers),then consolidated under high temperature(approx.150°C)and high pressure(not less than 7MPa).HPL is considered one of the most durable decorative surface materials available.Based on thickness,HPL is divided into thin HPL(<2mm,intended for bonding to supporting substrates)and compact HPL(≥2mm,also known as solid grade laminate,can be used as a standalone structural material).

Export Packaging and Consulting

Packing and Loading

HPL panels are packed with export standard pallet packing.Thin HPL panels are wrapped with plastic film for moisture protection and protected with carton or plywood covers;compact HPL panels are wrapped with plastic film and fixed with steel or plastic straps.Good packing helps reduce damage during handling,loading and long-distance transportation.

Regular container loading options include 20GP and 40HQ.Loading quantity depends on thickness,size,density and packing method.
