Q: What types of paints/coatings do you offer, and which substrates are they suitable for?
A:

We provide comprehensive coating systems for various building boards, including water-based eco-coatings,fire-retardant coatings, and anticorrosion coatings. They can be customised according to different substrates(fibre cement, magnesium oxide, calcium silicate, etc.)and application environments(indoor, outdoor, humid conditions).

Q: What are the features of Container Flooring HPL?
A:

HPL(High-Pressure Laminate)container flooring is made from multiple layers of kraft paper impregnated with thermosetting resin and combined with a decorative layer. It offers high abrasion resistance and high scratch resistance.Typical construction is plywood substrate with HPL overlay, thickness range 6-35mm,and sizes can be customised.

Q: What is the fire rating and fire resistance limit of Magnesium Oxide Board?
A:

Magnesium Oxide Board achieves the highest non-combustible A1grade–it does not burn at 800°C,shows no flame at 1200°C,and has an ignition point as high as 2700°C.When used with quality steel framing, the partition system can achieve a fire resistance of over 3 hours.A 6mm board provides sound insulation of approximately 29dB.

Q: What are the unique advantages of Fiber Reinforced Calcium Silicate Board?
A:

These boards are cured by steam or high-pressure steam to form a stable structure mainly composed of tobermorite crystals. They are lightweight,high-strength,fireproof,moisture-proof,heat-insulating,and have low deformation rates.Thicknesses of 5-12mm are suitable for interior partition walls and ceilings, while 18mm+boards are used for loft flooring and raised access floors for underfloor heating systems.

Q: What specifications and densities are available for Fiber Cement Board?
A:

Standard sizes are 2000-2440mm in length and 1000-1220mm in width, with common thicknesses of 4-12mm(customisable from 2.5mm to 90mm in China). They are classified into high, medium, and low density–higher density and thicker boards provide better thermal and acoustic insulation.Products meet JC/T 412.1-2018 and JC/T 412.2-2018,with non-combustible A-grade,corrosion resistance, and electrical insulation properties.

Q: What is the difference between Magnesium Oxysulfate Board and ordinary Magnesium Oxide Board?
A:

Magnesium Oxysulfate Board uses magnesium sulfate as the cementitious material, while traditional Magnesium Oxide Board(chloride-type)uses magnesium chloride. The biggest advantage of Magnesium Oxysulfate Board is that it does not absorb moisture or cause halogenation–chloride ions in chloride-type boards are hydrophilic and can attract moisture from the air under humid conditions, causing surface droplets and corrosion to metal. The sulfate type avoids these issues, offering excellent fire resistance, light weight, corrosion resistance, high dimensional stability, and low alkalinity. The industry standard for this product was finalised in 2021.

Q: What is the substrate of Inorganic Pre-coated Board, and how ecofriendly is it?
A:

Inorganic Pre-coated Board is based on 100%asbestos-free calcium silicate board, which is then surface-treated and precision-coated.It contains no formaldehyde,no asbestos, and no radioactive elements, making it a green building material. In 2020,it was recognised as a Green Design Product by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology(5th batch).
